2. Sift flour into a large stand mixer bowl. Create a well in the center and add salt, activated yeast mixture, and olive oil.

3. Knead dough using dough hook attachment on medium speed for 8-10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Surface should be tacky but not sticky.

4. Transfer dough to lightly oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise in warm area until doubled in size, approximately 1-1.5 hours.
