- 2 tablespoons mirin
•
- 1 tablespoon cooking sake

- 2 tablespoons raw sugar

- 1 cup dashi stock
•
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

- 1 green onion, finely sliced for garnish
