Ingredients

  • - 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • - 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • - ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • - ½ cup sour cream
  • - 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • - 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • - 6 tostada shells
  • - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • - ½ cup finely diced white onions

Instructions

  1. 11. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat
  2. 22. Add taco seasoning and ⅓ cup water; simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened
