Ingredients

  • - 4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • - 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • - 2 tablespoons adobo sauce from can
  • - 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • - 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • - 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
  • - 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • - 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • - 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. 11. Blend chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and lime juice until smooth.
