Ingredients

  • - 1 lb ground chicken
  • - 1 head iceberg lettuce, separated into leaves
  • - 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, finely diced
  • - 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and finely diced
  • - 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • - 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • - 4 green onions, chopped
  • - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • - 2 tsp sesame oil
  • - 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  3. 33. Add ground chicken, break up finely, cook until well-browned (8-10 minutes)
