- 1 lb ground chicken

- 1 head iceberg lettuce, separated into leaves

- 8 oz shiitake mushrooms, finely diced
•
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and finely diced
•
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
•
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
•
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
•
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
•
- 4 green onions, chopped
•
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
•
- 2 tsp sesame oil
•
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions

1. Carefully separate lettuce leaves, double wash, and dry completely

2. Heat sesame oil in large wok over medium-high heat

3. Add ground chicken, break up finely, cook until well-browned (8-10 minutes)

4. Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms, stir-fry 3 minutes

5. Add water chestnuts, cook 2 minutes

6. Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in small bowl
