- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)

- 12 small white dinner rolls/slider buns
•
- 1 cup white onions, very finely minced
•
- 1/4 cup water
•
- 1 teaspoon salt
•
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
- 12 slices American cheese
•
- 12 dill pickle chips
•
- Ice water for meat preparation

1. Place ground beef in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up

4. Place each portion between wax paper, press very thin (1/8 inch)
