Ingredients

  • - 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • - 12 small white dinner rolls/slider buns
  • - 1 cup white onions, very finely minced
  • - 1/4 cup water
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 12 slices American cheese
  • - 12 dill pickle chips
  • - Ice water for meat preparation

Instructions

  1. 11. Place ground beef in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up
  2. 22. Mince onions extremely fine (use food processor if available)
  3. 33. Remove beef, form into 12 equal portions
  4. 44. Place each portion between wax paper, press very thin (1/8 inch)
