Ingredients

  • - 1 pound ground beef (80/20), divided into two 1/2-pound portions
  • - 6 strips bacon
  • - 2 slices American cheese
  • - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • - 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • - 1 premium hamburger bun
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 2 thin slices white onion
  • - 2 slices dill pickles

Instructions
