Ingredients

  • - 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey
  • - 1/3 cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • - 1 cup brown sugar
  • - 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1/4 cup white onion, finely minced
  • - 1/2 cup water
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • - 2 tablespoons cold water (for cornstarch slurry)

Instructions
