Ingredients

  • - 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • - 2 cups granulated sugar
  • - 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • - 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • - 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1 (15 oz) can pure pumpkin puree
  • - 4 large eggs
  • - 1 cup vegetable oil
  • - ⅔ cup water
  • - ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds) for topping

Instructions
