- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, finely shredded

•

- 2 strips bacon, cooked and finely chopped

- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, Gruyere, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until completely smooth (about 1 minute)
