Ingredients

  • - 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • - 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, finely shredded
  • - 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • - 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 2 strips bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • - 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • - Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions
