Ingredients

  • - 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients required on box)
  • - 3/4 cup cream cheese frosting
  • - 24 oz white candy melts
  • - 30 lollipop sticks
  • - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - Sprinkles for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. 11. Prepare and bake cake according to box instructions. Cool completely.
  2. 22. Crumble cooled cake into very fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. 33. Mix in cream cheese frosting gradually until mixture holds together when pressed (should be like clay consistency).
  4. 44. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls (approximately 30). Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. 66. Melt candy melts with vegetable oil in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
