- 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients required on box)

- 3/4 cup cream cheese frosting
•
- 24 oz white candy melts
•
- 30 lollipop sticks
•
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
•
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
•
- Sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions

1. Prepare and bake cake according to box instructions. Cool completely.

2. Crumble cooled cake into very fine crumbs in a large bowl.

3. Mix in cream cheese frosting gradually until mixture holds together when pressed (should be like clay consistency).

4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls (approximately 30). Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Chill balls for minimum 2 hours or overnight.

6. Melt candy melts with vegetable oil in microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

7. Dip each stick in melted coating, then insert halfway into chilled cake ball.

8. Freeze for 15 minutes until stick is set.

9. Dip each pop in melted coating, gently tap off excess.
