Ingredients
- •- 2 cups Sprite or 7-Up (room temperature)
- •- 1/2 teaspoon pure coconut extract
- •- 2-3 drops blue food coloring
- •- 2 cups ice
- •- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- •- 1/2 cup cold water
- •- Optional garnish: maraschino cherry
Instructions
- 11. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar with 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
- 22. In a large pitcher, combine the sugar mixture with room temperature Sprite/7-Up.
- 33. Add coconut extract and stir gently.
- 44. Add blue food coloring one drop at a time until desired ocean blue color is achieved.
