- 8 cups finely shredded cabbage

- 1/4 cup buttermilk (whole)

- 1/4 cup white vinegar

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Instructions

1. Using a food processor with fine blade, shred cabbage into very small pieces (smaller than typical coleslaw)

3. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and celery seed until smooth
