Ingredients

  • - 8 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • - 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • - 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
  • - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/4 cup buttermilk (whole)
  • - 1/4 cup white sugar
  • - 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/8 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

  1. 11. Using a food processor with fine blade, shred cabbage into very small pieces (smaller than typical coleslaw)

  3. 33. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buttermilk, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and celery seed until smooth
