Ingredients

  • For the Shrimp:
  • - 1 lb large shrimp (21/25 count), peeled and deveined
  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • - 2 large eggs, beaten
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • - 2-3 cups vegetable oil for frying
  • For the Sauce:
  • - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • - Green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions
