Ingredients

  • - 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • - 1½ cups warm water (110-115°F)
  • - 2 tbsp sugar
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1½ tsp salt
  • - 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions
