Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:
  • - 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • - 1 cup cornstarch
  • - 2 eggs, beaten
  • - 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • For the Sauce:
  • - 1 cup orange juice
  • - 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • - 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • - 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • - 2 tablespoons orange zest
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • - 1/4 cup water
  • - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
