- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 cup orange juice
•
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
•
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
•
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
•
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
•
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
•
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
•
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
•
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
•
- 1/4 cup water
•
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

1. Coat chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then dredge in cornstarch
