Ingredients

  • - 2 fresh 100% beef chuck patties (4 oz each)
  • - 2 soft hamburger potato buns
  • - 4 slices American cheese
  • - 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • - 4 crisp iceberg lettuce leaves
  • - 2 thick tomato slices
  • - 2 thin white onion rings
  • - Special Sauce:
  • * 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • * 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • * 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • * 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • * Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 11. Divide ground chuck into two 4-oz patties. Press thin, creating a slight indentation in center.
