  • - 2 soft hamburger potato rolls
  • - 4 tbsp yellow mustard
  • - 1/4 cup caramelized onions
  • - 2 slices American cheese
  • - 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • - Lettuce leaves
  • - Sliced tomato
  • - Dill pickle chips
  • - Salt and black pepper
  • - 2 tbsp beef tallow or clarified butter

Instructions
