Ingredients

  • - 4-5 large Russet potatoes
  • - 2-3 cups peanut oil (for frying)
  • - 2-3 tablespoons McCormick's Cajun Seasoning
  • - 1-2 teaspoons salt
  • - Cold water (for soaking)
  • - 1/4 cup white vinegar (for soaking)

Instructions
