Ingredients

  • For the Shrimp:
  • - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • - 1 cup buttermilk
  • - Vegetable oil for frying
  • For the Sauce:
  • - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • - 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • - Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
