  • - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • - ¼ cup light brown sugar
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • - 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • - ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  2. 22. Combine flour and salt in stand mixer. Create well in center, pour in yeast mixture and melted butter.
  3. 33. Knead dough using dough hook for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Surface should be tacky but not sticky.

  8. 88. Dip each pretzel in bath for 30 seconds using slotted spoon. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  9. 99. Sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake until deep golden brown, 12-15 minutes.
  10. 1010. Immediately brush with melted butter, then generously coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
